Menopause is common still ignore conditioning during female lifecycle. It’s a nothing but transition into new life. Hot flashes is something sudden rise in body temperature which affect top half your body, even your skin color can change. Heart conditions may arise during menopause, like faintness or cardiac palpitations. Declined estrogen levels can avert your body from recalling flexible arteries. This can effect blood flow. Observing your weight, eating a healthy and balanced diet, exercising, and not smoking can reduce your chances of developing heart conditions. Changes in your hormone levels may cause you to gain weight. However, aging can also contribute to weight gain. Being overweight can increase your risk for heart disease, diabetes, and other conditions.

  • Focus on a healthy lifestyle to manage your weight
  • Eat a well-rounded diet that includes increasing calcium and reducing sugar intake
  • Engage in 150 minutes a week of moderate exercise, or 75 minutes a week of more intense exercise, such as running.
  • Don’t forget to include strength exercises in your routine as well
